She is curiously arrayed, and carries herself with an air of grandeur despite this, and despite the fact that she's running like Daleks are after her. Her Edwardian dress with frills, and velvet abound (a dandy in the wrong era). A bowler hat is cocked at a rakish angle. There is a question mark (blaring emerald green), and a bit of celery pinned into that hat. An inconveniently long, multi-striped scarf is wrapped several times about her, and the beaten leather duster she's wearing, and her trainers squeak obnoxiously loud on the floor as she skids to a halt. She readjusts the bow tie, and clears her throat. " 'Scuse me," she says in a soft voice. She's almost breathless from running. "Quick question. Well, several questions. What year is it? Where am I? Who are you, and where was I going?@
