First Heard: Found on a website (Punk77)

Every now and then I come back to the website Punk77 and have a look around. I like when things are connected, and obviously things are intertwined in music scenes, so I like websites that are set up like this :) anyway, I quickly came across the band Eater and became a big fan (the lead singer follows me back on instagram 🤭yay)

I’ve never seen it, but I think this song is in the movie Rocknrolla (which also has Bankrobber by the Clash in it), it’s listed on IMDb, but not on the soundtracks on Spotify. Oh well. Still love the song and the band

maeverse summary: maeverse is an AU inside of an AU

when faced with a threat of universe destroying level, four humble turtle brothers from the sewers are left with no choice but to activate a superweapon. with no idea of how it works or what it will do, all they have is the hope that even if they can't save their own home, they can at least save the multiverse

the unintended result of this?

the creation of maeverse!

the main story itself follows the journey of the new turtles going on adventures, making connections with new people, facing threats and learning to be a team, and slowly growing into who they want to be.

until eventually, they begin to uncover the truth of their origins, whether they're ready for it or not.

outside view summary: leonardo has died, and his family is devastated. he’s stuck haunting them unable to interact with any of them, forced to watch as they fall apart
