1. Over-Reach, like his Trinemate Maelstrom, was Cybertronian well-sprung, he became not a noble but a military general, and Medic. Largely on account of his strength and bulk. (Primeverse he’s more along the lines of Dreadwing and Skyquake in frame-type) even if he was shorter than Maelstrom at 28 feet tall, he’s still a tall mech. No kin other than his Trine affiliations.
2. He’s a jet, a Cybertronian Transformer so being made of metal and nearly indestructable compaired to a human/organic of Earth.
3. He’s got scars and dents that he mostly leaves as they are... when repairs for survival are necessary, yes, he’ll get them done. But he likes his battle scars.
4. Vain? Not really at all. He admires himself but that’s the extent of it pretty much.

1. Cutdown also was well-sprung, like his Trinemates. Aside from his Trine, he has no family. Nor any real concept of family. Maybe, just maybe, he’d loosely view the Decepticons as his family. He was determined to be Nobility and also became a Medic, given the skills and attitude he displayed when freshly well-sprung.
2. He’s a Cybertronian jet so being made of metal and from an alien planet.
3. If he had scars, no one can tell anymore. Though he probably did have them. He would not say one way or the other though.
4. Yes, he’s a vain creature. He prides himself on looking good and he’ll make sure that his Trine looks there best too! Though he begrudginly accepts that Over-Reach wants to keep all battle scars earned. He is the Vainest of his Trine.
