Excellent day so far....
So I decided to try the Mocha Chocolate recipe "shake". Not too shabby! I am only using 1 scoop of powder instead of the 2 it suggested and it tastes MUCH better and has a much better consistency.
Workout was just 15 minutes of stretching. AWESOME. This morning I woke up with 2 cats on me and I literally couldn't move, I was so sore.
I had avacado and boiled red potatoes this morning which was absolutely delicious!
