i think the most realistic thing to happen, is Sana adding Yousef on Facebook from Noora’s account. She probably has an account with the email and the password she told in the clip. So Yousef will think that Noora’s interested in him and will get confused, will maybe try to talk to Sana and finally realize that she removed him as a friend, and will go on the “date” to ask Noora what’s up with Sana.

I kinda hope for a friday late night text from Noora like “Hey Sana, Yousef’s really sweet, we talked a lot and have a question: why do you try to set us up. when he clearly has feelings for you?”
