Bender can see the future so Fry asks him about him and Leela. We're made to think he becomes sad and changes the subject because Fry and Leela won't work out but really, it's because he can see they will and can't bare the thought of it.
So in ten years, Fry hopes to still be working at Planet Express living basically the same life whereas Leela expects to be somewhere different. Yet another reason why Fry and Leela aren't really that compatible whereas Fry and Bender are pretty perfect.
