My dinner tonight was courtesy of Island flavor Las Vegas. I ordered a pound of Hawaiian poke yesterday and could only finish half of it. I have a strict rule of only eating raw poke when it’s fresh out of the kitchen. So tonight I fried up my leftovers in olive oil- no spices needed. Braddah Darcy made sure this poke was on point.
