GUYS I JUST REALISED SOMETHING:

So remember at the end of ep9 Lee sang yi turns his car around and then we see Dusik walking away, so in the start of ep10 Dusik comes to help Hyejin from the pervert and its kinda weird that he was right outside her door. So basically I think at the end of ep9 he was on his way to confess to Hyejin but then he got interrupted by the pervert and didn't get a chance to tell her.
