So this morning I put my ugly feel on the scale and look at that, up another 5 lbs. we are now at almost 208lbs. Sheesh. So I decided to start slowly by not eating no bread for the first 30 days and drinking one gallon of water as well. Soon I’m going to incorporate 10,000 steps a day and eventually eliminate all/most sugar from my diet. One day at a time…. The road is long but it will be all worth it.
