Weelllp my arm is so very dead. Tried to do a pull up too soon after aerial monday night. Must have really torn the muscles in my right arm. It was so sore! But being as it had 2 days to rest I tried but nope. Torn them anew... Biofreezing and using a compression sleeve now. Steady stretching later.
