Circa 1983: Skylines and Seasons in Photos

There's only one way to describe the photos of Owen Perry: breathtaking. Sure, landscape photography is one of the oldest, most widely practiced form of art but Owen Perry, a Canadian web designer, takes this art to a whole new level with his Circa 1983 collection. Perry seems to have the perfect timing and talent to capture places and landscapes in their most pristine states, giving the photos an overall nostalgic feel. Looking at his photos feels like stepping into the photo itself and seeing the place right in front of your eyes. There's abundance of photos via the Internet and it's easy to just scroll over everything else and take them for granted. But landscape photography, when done right (or when done the way Perry does it), is a wonderful art form. It makes you appreciate the beauty of things in the way you never do on regular days. The best thing, perhaps, about the photo roll of Owen Perry is that even when you're seas away, it drags to that exact place and the unadulterated talent of the photographer almost makes you smell the countryside air like you're standing right where he stood when he captured the photo.
