Ninjago AU: Do they have the same backgrounds as the ninjago characters or is it just the powers?
more or less?? I sort of made it similar but added my own Spin to it (hehehe ninjago go spin). Amity’s kinda like Lloyd in a sense w saying “fuck you mom and dad” and leaving to go w the gang after she realizes shes an elemental master (granted she was THE hardest to convince) meanwhile Luz was picked up like a stray cat by her scruff from the junkyard she fell in and chucked onto the Owl Ship by Eda and just let this happen Gus’s dad is,,,,,,Probably still alive??? probably. hes just wandering around at this point and maybe got his memories Yote of his dad. or maybe hes trying to find him. point is he kinda lived on the outskirts n a bit in the snow but even HE didn’t have as much snow everywhere as Luz’s home realm Willow is just kinda Vibin. in canon her dads put her in the abomination track bc of all the options it had so maybe they put her in a boarding school n when it turns out she got powers she casually made it so it Looks to her dads that shes in boarding school and DIPPED
