this is owlfern, they’re a big maine coon that was born with half a tail and is a lesbian and one of Hazeldusts other friends! They were apprentices together and both took a bit longer to become warriors because Hazeldust has her mental health problems and autism and Owlfern has depression and anxiety similar to hazeldust, but also they have hip and back leg problems so they hurt

they also get pretty bad allergies in newleaf/greenleaf but the medicine cat has been able to help with that

they like swimming in the pond and river in rushingclan’s territory so they’re very protective of it when marshclan tries to take it

they’re half stoneclan like hazeldust, but their father didn’t leave to be in rushingclan like hazeldust’s did and instead wanted nothing to do with owlfern or their brother, thorntail, until they were already apprentices and he tried to take them back to stoneclan

edit: also the “really likes birds” refers to them loving to watch birds lol
