1) If sad, eat ice cream straight from the tub.
2) Inevitably realize that you're now actually just a sad person with ice cream that's making you fat.
3) Watch Barbie movies that include perfect examples of beauty and love.
4) Observe results. (By this time, self esteem should lower due to Barbie's blonde perfectness.)
5) Watch Disney movies, preferably those lacking considerably in princesses or prince charmings. (Alternatively, Disney movies including princesses or prince charmings may reinstall faith in humanity and in love at first sight.)
6) If Disney movies fail, repeat step 1,and continue through steps, alternating Barbie movies (Step 3) for entertaining situation comedies such as Big Bang Theory and FRIENDS.
