It sounds like your therapist feels you're ready, but ultimately the decision should be yours. If you need advice for this, I'd recommend voicing your feelings about it to her and see what she says o: There's other theraputic techniques available for treating trauma that are effective too! You could try asking her what other options there are and see if any of them sound more like anything that you could be ready to try.
