Allow $10,000 extra in your budget for things like council approval, footings, site connections and possibly delivery though this may be a little more depending on whether you need a crane for delivery. This is based on a 20 Ft High Cube. Larger container homes such as 30ft or 4o ft High cubes the price will vary.
