We just seen a post by @theliftbx and it was very profound to us and definitely struck a cord..... results or excuses..... you choose! It kind of goes along with one of our favorite quotes, "Don't give up what you want most, for something you want want right now." Whether your goals are fitness related, personal, financial, career based or anything in between, it's up to YOU to push through. Sometimes results can come, by simply not being afraid. Don't be afraid to fail, don't be afraid to push forward...... YOU are your longest most important investment. You're worth living life you've always wanted! It'll be hard, but it'll be worth. When you can live in peace, completely unapologetically you're truly free. And the good news is, go don't have to go at it alone! 💪 Speaking of Lift Box we just wanted to share a little bit about them.... They're a Military owned and operated fitness subscription box. Proceeds from EVERY box is donated to charity. They're inclusive and very welcoming. We haven't even got our first box yet and they sent us a little present to hold us over.
