The master of Lightie's Diner. He is so workaholic that he opens this 24/7 diner on his own alone. He seems cold and dull because he talks a few, but inside he is friendly and happy. He shows weird smile when someone praises his cooking.

Persh / Permanent Sugar : human calc age 1 (forever)

A funny gumball machine! Loves everyone's smile! ... is his slogan for advertisement as a mascot. He sells products of Permanent Candy Inc. He has a sharp tongue and bad attitude while he's not working. He often stands the middle finger.

Caty from “Kitty&Caty”

The blue side of the twin streamers Kitty&Caty. Cool, calm, careful playstyle. Shotgunner. She often soothes Kitty's short-tempered. She hates horror games.

Kitty from “Kitty&Caty”

The red side of the twin streamers Kitty&Caty. Emotional, aggressive playstyle. Rocket launcherer. She calls audiences of the streams “fishie”. A little naughty.

Kitty&Caty is the stream channel. They mainly play the FPS game called “FN”. They live together with many cats. Only they know their secret relation.

Scmellur : human calc age 15

His favorite word is “adventure”! A fully vigor boy. He has Liquefaction Disease, which the body slowly goes melting. His head is made from something jelly. He doesn't care about the liquefaction and enjoys treasure hunts everyday. Insensitive and lacking in delicacy.

Angen : human calc age 15

An icecream-head boy. Shy and feeble. He likes cute things and walks in a shade, so people often mistake him for a girl. He likes Scmellur.

Sharp / Sharply-Comet : human calc age 16

A magician of “explosion”. A mechanic. The strength of his explosion is too great to control by himself. Active and straight personality. He wants to be a cooler hero. He should have a diet, but...

The leader and the darling of BSE. Cool but wheedling, wants to make friends. He often pleads for Dryness. Every day he escapes from the tower where he lives, and eats delicious sweets outside. He has a secret ability.

An officer of BSE, a guard against Blink's escape. The mask and collar are the uniforms. Stiff and boring personality. He is a bit permissive to Blink because he has also a sweet tooth.

「Permanent Candy Series(パーマネントキャンディシリーズ)」のマスコットキャラクターとして生まれた、みんなのキュートなガムボールマシーン！パーマネントシュガーを略して「Persh(パーシュ)」とよく呼ばれる。

[体] プラスチックと金属で出来ている。頭を振るとガラガラ鳴る。投入口にコインを入れてリボンを回すとリボンの裏からガムボールが出てくる。目は動かない。口は動くが飾りなので何も入らない。関節は腕と脚の付け根だけ。肢体がしなやかに曲がる。身長は"so tall"。体重は"so heavy"。身長は人間換算で180cm〜200cm。何を動力に動いているのかわからない。自称「みんなのスマイルがエネルギー」。

[会話] 高音で中性的で喉に物が引っかかったようなアニメ声で話す。うるさい。その声を小さくして大量の気だるさを加えると素の声になる。日本語が苦手で漢字をよく知らない。英語ならよくわかる。

[仕事] 仕事中は常に子供が親しみやすい話し方をする。ゲームセンターで突っ立ったり、ショッピングモールに居座ったり、遊園地をうろついたりするのが主な仕事。たまにCM撮影もする。自分の可愛さをよくわかっている。 「ハーイ！パーマネントシュガーだよ！あまくておいしいガムボールはいかが？」 「キミはどんなおかしがスキ？」

[控室] 口が悪くて生意気。性格の悪さが常に滲み出ている。すぐ舌打ちするし暴言を吐く。しかし、勤務態度で怒られたことは一度もないので、マスコットとしては優秀。ベタベタな手でガラスの頭を触られるのが大嫌い。趣味は、自分が勝てるアーケードゲームとすぐ取れるクレーンゲームとスケートボードと金属バット。本当は子供が嫌い(べたべた触ったり蹴ったりしてくるから)。「は？」 「…チッ」 「ギャハハハ！おまえの負けだー！」

[交流] LDに遊びに行くことが多く、ライティーのTwitterを勝手に使ったりする。YHEの任務に協力した際は自身の暴力的な才能を存分に発揮した。

2021/1/19 デザインをリニューアル

Permanent Inc. (Permanent Candy Inc.)

パーマネント社。パーマネントキャンディ社に改名予定。たくさんの子供向けのお菓子とおもちゃをプロデュースしている。自社の誇り高きマスコットキャラクター「パーマネントシュガー」に対してけっこう"ホーニンシュギ"である。

Diamond Gummy/ダイヤモンドグミ :とってもハードなグミ。硬すぎて子供の歯を壊したためリコールされた。Twitter

Marshmallow Rainbow/マシュマロ・レインボー :虹がツイストされたようなマシュマロ。魔法使いパーシュのかわいいパッケージが目印。Twitter BOOTH

Marshmallow Snowman/マシュマロ・スノーマン :普通の白いマシュマロ。たまに雪だるまの顔か胴体の絵柄入りマシュマロが入っている。シルクハットとキャンディのステッキを持ったパーシュのパッケージが目印。Twitter BOOTH

Cream Chocolate/クリームチョコレート :ホイップクリームのように絞られた形をしたプレーンなチョコレート。パティシエに扮したパーシュのパッケージが目印。Twitter BOOTH

Curly Flower Snack/カーリーフラワースナック :カリフラワー味のスナック。チーズ味とマヨネーズ味もあるが、カリフラワーが見事にかき消されている。ライティーのTwitterアカウントでパーシュが勝手に広告を流した。Twitter

マーチ社長。身長は人間感覚で40~60cmくらい。プラスチック製の赤いサングラス「リッチライク」がお気に入り。赤ちゃんみたいな見た目のせいでパーシュや株主にからかわれる。よく秘書に抱っこされる。優れた経営者で、偉そうな話し方をする。パーシュに性格を与えた。Twitter

Alfort Secretary to the president

アルフォール社長秘書。「Alfort」の「t」は発音しない。薄型テレビが首から浮いている(ロボットではない)。たいてい棒立ちして社長の止まり木を担っている。顔面に経済情報や朝の天気やカートゥーンアニメを表示できる。パーシュよりは身長が低い。大声で何かを話すことは無いが、社長によく耳打ちしている。
