Brain Freeze // Ziggy & Anna

Anna was having a pretty good day, though her heart was still heavy with guilt from the secret she kept she felt okay. Or okay-ish at least. She had a question about her sister though and she wasn’t exactly confident that they were on good enough terms to talk in person yet. So, Anna decided to go to the next best thing. Her boyfriend-thing-person-because-she-isnt-sure-about-their-label-and-every-time-they-talk-she-gets-more-and-more-confused that’s who she would ask.

Things were a little, awkward, to say the least between the two of them. But Anna didn’t mind. It wasn’t like it was a bit deal. So she saw him with less clothes than she would have ever liked to see someone her older sister was dating, but she had to talk to him some time. Anna walked up quickly making direct eye contact in order to not stare at his leg, that she now new wasn’t really a leg. “I need to talk to you. It’s about Elsa.” She said a little faster than she would have wanted. “Do you have a moment? Could you have a moment?”

Last photo of the year and It had to be with my favorite being in the whole world, the one and only Ziggy 🐍 We have been together for 20 years!!! Can you believe that? 

It’s not an exageration to say that I wouldn’t be here today without her. I know she can’t read this and I would have to say it to her directly, but I want to express it here anyway. Thank you so much for your guidance and your humor and all those times you called me an idiot, because I needed it all so much. You were the very first friend I ever had. You opened my eyes and made me have hope again. You helped me survive.
