General Notes: After a year away from Brody, Tina tries to explain everything and apologize.

Tina:

Tina yawned quietly, hands fidgeting nervously with the mug of warm coffee that had been placed in front of her moments ago. After a year, she was finally going to face Brody again, after leaving him with no goodbye or explanation. Part of her couldn’t wait to see him again. A person could change so much in a year, Tina certainly did. 

Another part was frightened, she hadn’t gotten a warm welcome when she first texted him. Tina was convinced that if she came clean about the real reason she left, that she was sent away by her parents after telling them she was pregnant with his child, that at least he would know why. He could still be mad, but at least it would be at the truth, instead of some fake story to feed the media. Brody, wonderful Brody, deserved at least that. 

Even after all that time Tina still had deep feelings for the man, perhaps more so after having his child, no their child, grow in her tummy. An act of creation that created the perfect baby boy, a connection that can’t be broken.She glanced at her reflection though the shiny metal of the napkin dispenser, patting down her hair, when she heard the tinkle of a bell as the door to the diner opened.

@CassieActon: Guess who’s enjoying the weather? My own little ray of sunshine, obviously. Brody and I spent the post-PMQ afternoon making friends with the dog friendly crowd here in Camden Square! There are similar gatherings going on all week (weather permitting) to help raise money for the RSPCA, so make sure you pay a visit. And don’t be afraid to bring your own little munchkin; all are welcome so long as they’re friendly and on a lead. #camden #loveofmylife
