Esme: was deafened by each chime from her phone, each alerting her to what she already knew: Miles was waiting. If it were her will alone, he'd be waiting forever, but he had made it spotlessly clear that he didn't intend to let up on her, and at this point things were looking futile. It was easier to give in, at least on meeting up. Any information she harbored was still hers to keep a secret as far as she was concerned. It was only going to frustrate Miles further, making Esme meet with him, as she'd given no indication that she was willing to provide much of anything to go on, but that was his own problem, she decided. A new smattering of notifications came through, earning a soft growl from the girl as she tugged on a shoe and stood to her feet, begrudgingly prepared to make her way to their designated spot.
