After Hours | Taemin + Chase
Taemin had never planned on being with anyone, never letting anyone get close enough. Yet for some reason with Chase, all of the walls that he built simply crumbled. Though originally they had planned on only hanging out until Taemin left for Germany, Chase had a little bit of free time on his hands. So off to Germany, they both went, Chase being Taemin's first groupie. At least it was a groupie that was familiar to Taemin, as he wasn't good with those he didn't know. His stage persona was much different than his actual personality, as the boy was much less confident and secure when away from those stage lights. Taemin couldn't explain it, it was as if something had taken over him as soon as the lights hit. Something that made him the man that everyone was familiar with, the man that made him who he was today.
The first show in Germany was a huge success, Taemin feeling a bit bashful knowing that Chase was watching from the crowd. Though also, being the person that he was on stage, he couldn't help but tease. This was something that Taemin couldn't do off the stage, as he was far too shy to allow himself to just let go and relax. So the stage was where he could show off, where he could show Chase what he really had. So now that it was over, the boy had escaped to the backstage area before heading into his dressing room. That was where he saw him, a gleam forming in his eyes. "Hi.." he murmured softly, a grin breaking out onto his face. "Was it good? Did I do good?" As even though he knew that he was pushing it, he wanted to know what Chase truly thought of the show. "I value your opinion, you know."
