Count Down | ft Yoongi

Takeru can still remember the day when he first met Yoongi. He was at the park doing nothing but practicing his singing when an angry boy came stomping down the path. He wondered why he was so angry and even to this day he had never questioned what was troubling the boy that day. Maybe it was fate that happened to bring the boy towards his path. Takeru never once regretted reaching out to him that day. 

Over the period of time that Takeru knew Yoongi he noticed the other had a lot of pent up rage. Again, Takeru never questioned why but instead was next to Yoongi’s side when he needed it. Takeru was glad to be of any kind of assistance to the other and would do absolutely whatever he could for him. Even if it meant that Yoongi took out his rage on Takeru. He would do his best to be there for Yoongi. It wasn’t until Takeru sang for Yoongi that he noticed it helped calm him down. That’s when the idea dawned on him. Maybe music was a good was to help soothe Yoongi’s rage?

Since then Takeru took it upon himself to teach Yoongi music. Music definitely helped him out a lot when he was younger; hopefully it would have the same effect on Yoongi. He became a mentor--a teacher if you will-- to Yoongi. Takeru wanted to be there for the younger male and even though he had a hard time showing that he cared, this was one thing he could do for the other. 

Thus today, he was waiting back at the park where he had first met Yoongi. That’s where they have decided to meet from now on. It was a nice open environment that not too many people knew about. It was the perfect place for teaching music lessons until the snow came along. Takeru had brought along one of his guitars with him today (and had an extra one for Yoongi just in case) and was singing to himself in the park. Patiently waiting for his student to arrive.

Unwanted Attention | ft. Kyungri

Most people would say that tonight was a great night. The night air was cooler compared to how it was during the day and if you could see the stars, they would be shining brightly. It was too early in the morning for most places to be open with the exception of bars and clubs but, Takeru still enjoyed being outside. At this point in time everything was calm. The streets weren’t busy with crowds of people and noise. It was perfect. Almost perfect. 

Reaching into his pocket he grabbed a box of Malboro cigarettes and decided to have a smoke. He sat on the bench and enjoyed his cigarette as he leaned back and looked at the scenery around him. That’s when he noticed something was off. In the distance he saw a rather pretty girl walking but behind her was another guy. He kept calling her and trying to grab her and from Takeru’s point of view she did not want them around. 

Takeru quickly put out his half-finished cigarette decided he would help the girl out. If he was in her shoes he wouldn’t like that kind of treatment either. After approaching the two he nodded slightly towards the girl as a sign of peace. He didn’t want her thinking that he was after her as well. He stood in between the girl and the stranger and crossed his arms, attempting to look scary than he actually was. “Hey man, that’s not cool harassing someone like that.”  

Luckily enough once the male saw that Takeru was around he backed off. Internally Takeru was thanking the gods because he didn’t know what else he was gonna do if the guy was going to become more aggressive. “Thank god..” he muttered in Japanese before turning to the girl. “Are you ok?” he asked with a blank expression.

Time After Time | ft. Hyojoo

If there was one thing Takeru hated, it was being inconvenient to others. Right now his studio apartment was a mess and he did not want Hyojoo to see it in this state. It would be a problem for her to get around such a messy apartment. With a cigarette hanging out of his mouth he quickly scrambled around cleaning up his clothes and various other messes. “Shit shit shit....” he muttered to himself in Japanese. “This is not good..”

He took one last drag from the cigarette before quickly putting it out in his ash tray. He paused for a moment and crossed his arms. “My apartment probably smells like smoke...” he frowned slightly. Whirling around to take a look at the clock hanging up on his wall his eyes widened. Any minute now she would be walking through his door. There was no time to get rid of the cigarette scent lingering in the air. Normally Takeru wasn’t in this big of a rush to get things done but, Takeru is usually never home. He only really uses his apartment for sleeping and for a change of clothes. If he wasn’t out working his two jobs, he was out with his friends or volunteering. 

Now he didn’t know Hyojoo personally, she was his psychologist. Takeru hates going to any kind of hospital or even a walk-in clinic. But some of his friends highly suggested that he went and saw someone for his problem. Takeru knows he has always had problems showing emotion and it was something that had always bothered him. He was told that if he saw her she would help him with this problem. However he is still slightly skeptical about it. This was a problem he has always had since he was a child and even Takeru didn’t know why this was a problem. Hopefully Hyojoo could help him with it. 

Finally he was able to get his studio all tidied up. As long as she didn’t go through the mess that he shoved into his closet everything would be fine. Hopefully the smell of cigarette smoke didn’t bother her too much. He was just beginning to set up his TV and PS4 to play a video game when he heard a knock on the door. He opened the door for her and welcomed her into the studio. “Hello Hyojoo... I hope you had a good day today.”

Caffeine and Sugar | ft. Changwook

It was an incredibly nice day outside; the sun was shining, there was a pleasant breeze and plenty of people roaming around the streets of Seoul. Yes today was a great day to go out and get some coffee. And what better place to get the best cup of coffee and cake? Seoltang Cafe. It was one of Takeru’s favourite places to relax in and he has been a regular customer of the cafe since the day he moved to Seoul. Takeru can still recall the day when he stumbled across the cafe by mistake and when he could barely speak Korean. The staff were all so kind and friendly and they were really helpful when he first moved. Since then he always came back every single day. There was no where else that served better coffee.

He opened the doors to the cafe and bowed politely at the staff members. He made his way over to the counter where he ordered an iced coffee from the barista and a slice of strawberry cheesecake. As he waited patiently for the barista to finish his coffee he saw the owner of the establishment hard at work. “I wonder if today was a busy day....” he murmured to himself in Japanese. When the owner noticed him he waved slightly to the other and grabbed his drink and cake and sat down at a nearby table.

Takeru did not know Changwook very well other than what his name was and the fact that he was the owner of Takeru’s favourite cafe. Changwook always treated Takeru very well and he was thankful for that. Maybe if the opportunity arose Takeru would try to get to know him better. Takeru would never approach him on his own; he didn’t want to bother the man while he was working. He sipped his coffee and proceeded to watch the busy people around him.

A Familiar Face | ft. Jongdae

It was definitely not a busy day for Takeru at the Musik Factory. Sure, he had a couple of customers and repaired a few items on his list but other than that, it was a boring day. It was on days like these he wished he had lots of equipment on his list. It was so boring that Takeru was attempting to help out other departments with stuff like stocking the shelves and customer service. There was nothing Takeru hated more than boredom. 

He wandered through the aisles of guitars and CDs and let out long sigh. He aimlessly flipped through all the albums by various artists and looked around until he saw that familiar, tall figure. A small smirk formed on his face; only one person can actually make him smile like that. 

Takeru quietly crept up on the person and nudged him in the back with his elbow and a mischievous grin on his face. “You have great timing Jongdae...” he spoke as he looked up at the other with tired eyes. “So what can I help you with? Do you need me to fix something? Are you shopping?” He quickly folded his arms across his chest. “Or.. did you actually come just to visit me?” he teased.

A Helpful Assistant | ft. Hyuna

As much as Takeru loved animals there was no way he would own one for himself at this point. He was always out and about and did not have the time to care for one himself. Luckily he knew the perfect person to fix his problem~ He made his way down to the Moon Animal Care Center to meet with his friend. 

Takeru was known as a volunteer at the clinic and was friends with the owner, Hyuna as well. Before stepping into the clinic he made sure he changed his clothes and hid his cigarettes deep into his backpack. Smoke wasn’t healthy for the animals and he didn’t want to bother his friend because of his bad habit. He wore black skinny jeans with a white v-neck t-shirt which showed off his butterfly tattoo and a black leather coat to go on top. Once entering the clinic he greeted the staff and customers at the front counter with a quick hello. He then walked behind the counter without any resistance from the staff which caused a few stares from the customers. The spiky-haired male didn’t look like staff at all but it didn’t bother him too much.

He wandered through the calls peeking in some rooms in an attempt to find her. “Hyuna~” he called quietly so he didn’t disturb the staff and animals that were there. Finally he poked his head in the right room and found the familiar girl. “Ah, found you.” He approached her and sat down in an empty chair and spun around aimlessly. “Has it been a busy day? Need any help?” he offered. Although half the time it may look like he was just there to play with the animals and keep them company; he mostly wanted to help take some of the stress off of Hyuna’s shoulders. He would do anything he could to help her out and playing with the animals was just an added bonus.

Calming Your Nerves | ft. Baekhyun

It was late at night and it was a warm night. A perfect night for a performance. Takeru arrived at the club an hour before his performance started so he could prepare and get everything ready for his performance. Even though he had been performing at the club for a year now there were moments where he was still nervous about it. Singing was something that his sister loved and he sang only for her. In his heart he still feels nervous with his performances but he will not show it. Besides, she would be proud of him for performing... right?

He hung his head and frowned slightly. He always got so nervous before the performance but once he got up there he was fine. Takeru decided maybe it would be best if he had a couple of drinks to loosen himself up before his performance. He took a quick peek from backstage to check out the crowd. “Good, not too busy yet...” he murmured to himself in japanese. 

Shoving his hands into his pockets, he quietly wandered over to the bar and took a seat. In front of him stood a co-worker who was patiently waiting for him to figure out what he wanted. Takeru didn’t know the bartender all that well other than is name was Baekhyun and that he was an excellent bartender. He glanced blankly towards the other and shrugged slightly. “Surprise me. I can’t decide on what I want...”
