@miseonghwa
taekwoon worked hard for the past few years to establish his reputation as a detective in and around myeongcho. he was the eccentric detective who could solve cases with weird and strange methods, but he had always been good at what he does. he spent time to work on his paperwork at the station and often interacted with the first response officers in the police since they were usually the first ones on the scene of any crime. And he’d only be called in when the crime was right up his alley (homicide or arson). Usually, he dealt with minor cases and some gang related arsons. It was on one of these cases that he had met a new human. He knew that there was quite a few new officers joining the police and he hadn’t had time to meet all of them, so meeting one of the new kids was great.
he had found the boy very nice looking and quite helpful when he had arrived to the scene of a minor attack. the other seemingly already arrested a person of interest and taekwoon walked around the scene of the crime taking notes and observing everyone around. at the time that he had met seonghwa, he had instructed him to gather statements from witnesses and taekwoon just got to thinking about the case. of course , it ended up being pretty open and shut but he had to admit, the kid knew what he was doing and didn’t need telling twice. not to mention, he was kind of cute in his eyes.
but no, no. dating within the department was not allowed but taekwoon had always been a rule breaker. on a quiet afternoon, when they didn’t have too much to do, taekwoon casually approached seonghwa with a grin. he was trying to be smooth and chill, but this obviously isn’t going to work, being totally clumsy. in his attempt to be totally cool, he knocked over a pile pf papers. “AH! I meant to be so much cooler than this!” he exclaimed, rushing to pick everything up
