The Sky Turns Grey || EasterxSapph
If Sapphire didn't get out of her dorm room, she didn't know what would happen. She had so many thoughts swimming through her head, and so many emotions filling her heart to the brim. Maybe she should be going to visit to talk about them, but she didn't know who she could go to about anything anymore. She didn't want anyone to have to see her break down, to see her in such a vulnerable state.
As she walked down the trail, Sapphire took deep breaths. Everything seemed so silly, but at the same time, all of those silly things were eating her up inside. To keep her mind busy, she tried her very best to keep her eyes and mind trained on her shoes as she walked down the familiar trail to the woods. Sneaking out wasn't something she usually did, and if her brain was already so preoccupied, she might actually be worried at this very moment. But she was distracted, and her stomach wasn't so much as twisting. Clenching her fist so her fingernails were digging into her palm, she took a quick glance over her shoulder, making sure that no one had followed her.
