↺ today would be his day to be normal. unfortunately the entire concept toward the idea seemed a little silly if he were to look at it from an outside perspective. he was anything but normal, and that idea saddened a certain part of him that wished that he could get up every morning and go about his life like everyone else. back when gotham was normal. giving a sigh to the thought, he brushed a hand through ash blonde hair as he adjusted his fur rimmed hood of his winter coat. today he could at least pretend he was anything but himself, and that calmed him a little. he had no responsibilities for the gang lifestyle, or the job that he masked himself with. on that day, he was free. so, taking the opportunity as it presented itself, he pulled on his warmest clothes and dared to venture the snowy streets of a winter chilled gotham city, his cheeks blushed a rosy tiny to the icy bite as he shuffled black boots through the snow. he wasn't entirely sure where he was going, but it just so happened to be the promising warmth of a cafe that's door chimed as he entered and ducked his head in greeting toward any employee that dared to take a gander in his direction. if he was going to attempt to be normal, and a place like this seemed like the best way to go. or so he hoped.
