Maeum was used to living in all sorts of places and she was surprisingly actually used to living with many people. The orphanage had hardly afforded her a room to herself or a place she could stay alone, even if when she was younger friends were hard to come by for the girl that didn’t smile often. Mong Maeum, affectionate when coming from her sister, but not so much when said on the playground. Nonetheless, no one dared to mess with Minah’s younger sibling which was probably what saved her countless times from the teasing and mocking she would have been subject to otherwise. There were few people that she was actually close to or comfortable with but that didn’t mean that she wasn’t able to live with them. She didn’t have too many things and she was very adaptable, perhaps too adaptable. She would give away whatever she was asked, so if she was watching something and another resident wanted the remote, she’d hand it over. if they wanted to use the kitchen while she was in the middle of cooking, her food would automatically wait. In that way, she was very accommodating, even when she didn’t want to be.
But she didn’t want to be outside in the common space that day. The weekends were the hardest because the convention was that she wasn’t supposed to go into work and though she was extremely intelligent, her team manager was against anyone working on the project they were trying to complete without at least one other person there to supervise. Yet none of her colleagues actually wanted to go in and work with her, so that left Maeum with nothing to do. She thought of going to a PC room or a game room and just playing all day long, maybe read some mangas. Those were really the only two options, her only real hobbies besides working. Her work was her hobby so what was she supposed to do otherwise. A knock on her door brought her off the floor where she had been lazying around. She called out so they knew that she was coming, this guesthouse not being equipped with a video doorbell so she could see who it was. There weren’t many that came to visit her anyways. Opening the door, still in her pajamas that she didn’t ever get out of unless she had to go to work, her hair still a mess, she saw a friendly face before her.

A crimson rinkaku slithered around the armored torso of an investigator, entangling itself around the man’s thrashing limbs and latching on tight. Cracks of bones were muffled by the surrounding chaos as Yijung twisted the man’s arms and watched, out of pure curiosity, as the bones jutted out at unnatural angles. However, Yijung quickly lost interest like a young child overloaded by the presence of too many toys; he would play with one for a few minutes before casting its broken parts aside, moving onto the next until he grew tired of it as well. One tendril of his bloodied kagune scratched against the investigator’s chestplate teasingly, like a pair of claws teasing the hummingbird heart trapped inside its cage.
However, the victim’s shrill screams did nothing more than ignite the ghoul’s irritation. Yijung’s expression contorted into one of pure rage as his wide, wild eyes narrowed down and he ground his teeth together. “Be quiet when I’m playing,” he said. The rinkaku shot through the investigator’s throat and killed him instantly, but the death went unnoticed by the ghoul who continued to torment the corpse. Yijung babbled to the body, as though it were alive and listening, and it didn’t seem to register that the glassy eyes of the investigator meant that he was dead. “I’ve always wanted pretty things to play with,” he cooed, “I already belong to someone else, so who can belong to me?”
Yijung frowned and swept away the blood with his hands, then took his time licking it off. “Jin-ssi would say that you’re not pretty at all,” he said, “That won’t do.” He dropped the body in favor for continuing the search for someone new – bigger, better, and more durable than the last. A delighted smile plastered itself on the ghoul’s face and he pointed to his new playmate, unlucky to be singled out in the crowd: Jiwon.
“Now you’re someone that Jin-ssi would think is pretty,” he said, “I think you’ll do nicely.”
I just think Winter Soldier is my favorite marvel person next to Deadpool. He's not even a bad guy on purpose he's just a really great guy that gets screwed over and makes me all emotional when he interacts with Steve. I shouldn't watch movies so late I'm extra feelsy at night.

I have the attention span of a goldfish so when I want to remember things I write them on post-its and stick them all over my computer monitor. When I want to remember people though.. I draw little doodles and their names or little nicknames for me to remember them. Some of them aren't even doodles of people though. They are atrocious. I need to borrow someone's drawing skill.
