I have no words that can adequately describe how much I love her Chuck. (and her Mako as well, come to think of it -- pretty sure those are the only two muses that Naomi ever got around to playing with I think?) but I love her Chuck. I love her headcanons for her Chuck and his little vulnerabilities and insecurities and I just--I HAVE A LOT OF FEELINGS FOR HER CHUCK ALRIGHT?

and the mun. oh, I miss talking to her so much ;A; a lot of it is my fault bc I've been shit at keeping up Naomi while on Fili and I feel so bad but I WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT I THINK ABOUT YOU A LOT -- LIKE, A LOT -- AND THAT I MISS YOU AND I HOPE YOU ARE DOING WELL, DARLING <333

Chuck snapped, throwing his arm around to smack the bat away. A night at a rugby match and quite a few beers later Chuck decided to head back to his mate Raleigh’s place. When he found the door was actually locked and his key wasn’t working he thought best to just  breaking the window and crawling in. His apartment looked extremely wrong though. And that woman talking to him was wrong. And the dog. Was this actually Raleigh’s apartment?

He wasn't moving. Not the way he should be. Off her couch and out the door. When he pushed the bat away, Victoria's grip tightened and she only pressed it against his side again. "I think that should be coming from my mouth. You're in my house." Adonis sniffed again before trying his luck at jumping onto the couch with the stranger, a feat he rarely was ever successful at.  "If you don't get up, I'm getting pans..." And banging them together. That'd probably hurt like a bitch. It was always her sister's revenge.

Fili was strongly of the impression that Jumphawk pilots were severely under-appreciated.

He should know. Another Kaiju had attacked -- a Category IV, codenamed Mutavore or something -- who came up with these names? -- and Striker Eureka had been deployed.

Which meant that Fili's team had also been deployed.

He wasn't being unappreciative or anything. He understood how dangerous it was being a Ranger, considering they were the ones actually fighting the freaking monsters. And his own uncle had been a Ranger at one point too.

But the Jumphawk pilots were right in the thick of the action too, hovering just out of reach in case anything went south and they had to extract the Jaeger.

And yet they got absolutely zero attention whatsoever. Hell, Chuck Hansen couldn't even muster more than a death glare as he walked right into Fili.

"--My bad. Sorry," he muttered, resisting the urge to roll his eyes.

 Cocky asshole.
