Yesterday was a big day for my friends who closed on their new gorgeous home! It was quite the journey to get to closing day, but this family troopers and up for the wild ride this real estate market provides. We saw some beautiful homes along the way, wrote some offers that were not accepted, but in the end everyone was happy those offers were not accepted because the road eventually led to this home which is a perfect fit for their family.
