Loser inmate's first diapering in her new home

In this photo taken from our surveillance archive, this is the first moments after prisoner 0209 arrived in our special prison. I led her through intake, where I inspected her inside and out, washed and cleaned her, reaffixed her collar and cuffs, and led her crawling on all-fours down the prison hallway to her cell, where I diapered her before 5pm lockdown (1700 hours). As I recall, I said to her, "I'm going to make sure you're in diapers for the rest of your life." Intimidation and humiliation are important tools towards prisoner compliance.
