You were sitting on the examination table shaking, for two reasons you were terrified and second you were freezing, you spent so much time in wolf form your human for feels odd, you were rubbing your blood stained hands up and down your arms,
You preferred staying in wolf form to protect yourself being in human form you felt too vulnerable,
there were too many wolves around you could smell them, you were terrified and nervous, you previous pack wasn’t as big as this but they were vicious, they held no morals and most importantly they hated your guts, all because you were a rare wolf,
you heard them talking how blonde wolves have not walked the earth in over a million of years, they would starve you, attack you as a pack till you were at deaths door, many nights you spent wishing for death, but for some reason they kept you alive,
suddenly the door opened and you stood immediately,
“Easy, I’m not going to hurt you.” The woman said with her hands held up meaning peace
She had red hair and green eyes, you didn’t trust her, actually you didn’t trust anyone,
This pack could be much worse than the one you escaped,
‘you can trust them,’ your wolf’s voice echoed in your mind,
‘are you crazy?’ you shot back in your mind,
‘if they wanted to hurt us they would have already.’ she says
she did have a point there….
“My name is Natasha, we met when you were at the river remember? I am the pack’s tracker.” She says with a smile,
The door opens and closes again a man with glasses and grey hair enters I met him earlier Steve said his name was Bruce, I backed up, He stopped walking,
“L-Look I I was just passing through, I I didn’t-” I began my voice was scratchy I can’t even remember the last time I even spoken a word,
“Hey, Hey easy we are not going to hurt you.” She says with a smile,
Steve and Bucky watch from the one way glass, she was very skittish in fact they could smell the fear coming off of her,
Bucky let out a growl, it didn’t take a rocket scientist to know what this small girl had gone through,
“Easy Buck,” Steve says placing a hand on his shoulder,
Bucky takes a deep breath nodding,
Just as Nat and Bruce were slowly closing in on the girl she panicked shifting almost instantly running out the cabin,
You ran as fast as your paws would take you they were closing in on you, you didn’t like it, it reminded you of your pack, trapping you so you can’t escape the brutal attacks,
Enjoying the sound of you in pain, leaving you to almost die only to revive you so they could do it again,
your ears hugged your head as you ran at full speed only to hear two sets of foot steps gaining on you, you pushed yourself to go faster, you didn’t want to end up in another brutal pack, you couldn’t go though anymore pain,
you skid to a stop seeing a massive black and brown wolf with amber colored eyes, you smelled him this was Alpha Steve, you slowly back only to run into someone, you spin around to see the big white wolf with golden eyes, this was Alpha Bucky your tail between your legs as you backed away from them, making yourself look as small as possible,
The massive black wolf slowly walked towards you, licking your forehead and trotted behind a tree after a few moments Steve walked out in human form in a pair of jeans and no shirt,
“I know you are afraid But I promise you we are not going to hurt you. You have my word on that.” Steve says kneeling in front of you so you didn’t seem so threatened by his figure,
He placed his hand in between your ears,
“You can trust us.” He says with a smile
