“Pad Lock” I thought this was going to be a quick land art "doodle" but balancing the pyrite (fool's gold) on the lily pad was harder than I thought it would be. Pyrite is quite heavy, and a lily pad can only hold so much weight. I lost a few pieces when an edge sank and they slid off into the water. I also had to restart a few times because water got on the lily pad and it would slowly start sinking, but I eventually found a balance. I was also racing the light as the sun was about to disappear behind the trees.
