Someone on facebook sent this to me a little bit after midnight last night how am I supposed to respond?????

Hey, I know we don't talk and we never really have...but I was just thinking about some things and I wanted to say that I'm really sorry for being mean to you in middle school. I know it was a while ago but I used to be a shit person and I just wanted to apologize for that.

I mean this just came out of no where what the fuck am I supposed to say

I mean I don't remember her being mean to me, but then again I didn't really have any friends and spent 98% of my time reading and I didn't notice most of that stuff until after the fact
