Hello! Sorry for bothering you, but I can't find a fic that I read long long ago. It was about Rose hopping through the Doctor's timeline, at some point I think Four makes her a medicine because she seemed exhausted but before giving it to her, she dissapeared and left something (I don't remember what). It was on FF net. Thank you!!
