I had a wonderful Royal Wedding getaway with some foodie friends in Goulburn over the weekend and we all met up in Bowral for lunching, antiquing and gawking at antique cars. Epic town - can't recommend a weekend there enough!! We all feasted at the very trendy packed-to-the-rafters @the_press_shop - one of the crew smashed this roll - Local Maugers Lamb Shoulder slow roasted in yoghurt, wilted cabbage, slaw and aioli - all their food was soooooo good! 💫 NEW FLAVOUR ⭐️ Ben strolled out into the paddock where the very cows we get our milk from graze. He then looked up to a tree, this was a Damson Plum tree his grandfather planted probably over 80 years ago. Ben then had a spark… Damson Plum Ice cream. He got to work through the night brewing a special concoction, the result? We tasted it and said “Damn son, that’s good”. A delicious tart, sweet and creamy marvel was created.
