#Padmanchallenge #UnbanPadmaninPakistan My period just ended. Like millions of women, I too use cloth for soaking my blood. Sometimes I reuse pillow covers, sometimes table mats, sometimes old kurtas - whatever I can find. Cloth is comfortable and colorful for me, as opposed to the boring, artificial white pad filled with plastic and chemicals. Women are incredible - they bear pain, they lose blood for so many days, and this blood is the very source/force of life. A natural process, a work of wonder - it is important for all people to understand its many dimensions.
