Lime jade and hessonite
Lime's story:
Lime used to be like the other jades until she met turquoise jade her and turquoise where inlove. But there love didn't last long. turquoise was shattered by a unknown holly blue agate. A bunch of quartzes went looking for the agate but gave up. Lime was depressed and went to the lower side of homeworld. That when she met hessonite.
Hessonite's story:
A padparasha and a ruby accidentally fused into hessonite. Just like garnet. She went to the lower side of homeworld when she met jade
Blue Diamond: This Amethyst will need limb enhancers to meet her height requirements
That Line got me thinking. Remember how Peridot also had limb enhancers
At first I just thought this was something all Peridot’s have, but now with that information I can assume that out Peridot much like Amethyst came out smaller than she was suppose to.(And the image above is how tall a Peridot is suppose to be)
That alone should make her “defective” right? But I guess a gems height can be something that can easily be fixed. Because it would be rather wasteful for Homeworld to shatter gems that besides being small are still completely functional.
This also makes me wonder what Homeworld considers “defective” or “off color”
we know Four gems that fall into that category as of now
One: Being the Rutile twins for what I can guess because they came out conjoined instead of two singular gems
Two: being Padparadscha since unlike Sapphire’s can only predict things that have already happened
Three: Being Rhodonite and Fluorite since they both are fusions
Also completely unrelated note but I noticed during the ball scene we see tons of Sapphire’s but no Padparadschas and that could be because they aren’t in either Yellow or Blue’s court.
But this is my theory that a Padparadsha is the outcome of a Sapphire coming out defective
