#Day 101 - Dearest Lana, Paul, Melissa, Dez, cast, crew & fellow contestants. WE HAVE MADE IT!!! We lasted 101 days & have come out WINNERS!!! Thank you to everyone who invested in us along this journey!! Thank you to the sponsors & everyone who made this possible. It has been an incredible 101 days but for me my journey has only just begun. I still have targets & goals to achieve so my destination is still a long way off. Tomorrow we will say farewell to the challenge but leave with a load of new friends & acquaintances. #Day 74 - My journey may not have been as rapid as others but what I do know is that I am slowly reaching my goal. Even if it takes me another 6 months then so be it. At least I have achieved what I have so far & I am super proud of myself. Staying dedicated is not always easy but at least Ian getting there. #Day 71 - Sometimes I wish there was a quick fix to losing weight but I realize after 70 days it is just hard work & dedication. Wish the weight was dropping as quickly as some others are but at least I know in my heart I am following the @thedietclinicgroup rules 💯% with no extra “fixes” & menus as much as possible. When the competition ends I will know that it was the diet that worked and no other substances & could submit myself for testing for other substances if necessary.
