Pagi Sore Saharjo - This was the first time that either of us had been to a Pagi Sore Padang food restaurant. Although I wouldn't say that the food was better than Garuda, the service was the best and the selection of dishes was unbeatable (most people would consider Pagi Sore to be a high-class Padang restaurant). The best dish that we had was the otak sapi (cow brain). I recall the first time ever eating cow brain was at Sederhana located across the street from Mal Kelapa Gading, I had mistakenly ordered it thinking it was just giant tofu.
