yeah!! it was so much fun they do a thing for elementary and middle school kids where on a day where school is closed for staff development or whatever they give all the students a free ticket to the state fair so my dad took me and I had the best time, we literally didn't do anything else at the fair except watch the show, and then the next day the show was in the dallas newspaper and like a decade later I learned that concert was a big deal for them lmao

Like I have some posted on my blog and stuff but I don’t know what I’m doing so. But like one of my poems is being published in a book and it’s weird... because I haven’t written an actual poem in two months because the block is real but I can write a full blown fic for the first time.Also how old were you when you found out that Bog Hero 6 (the movie) is actually Marvel? Because they are. Baymax is a freaking Marvel superhero. My aunt also wrote poetry but my parents do not so.I take after her
YOUR STUFF IS BEING PUBLISHED !! THATS AMAZING !! writer’s block is a fickle thing.. like i’ve been having trouble with CO but i’m almost done world building (which is a MASSIVE TASK TO TAKE ON) for my next fic and its like.. how omg. but i understand and it’s okay, it’ll go away eventually and you’ll be able to write again! and no one in my family writes poetry, my mom was a journalist so she wrote articles and thats as close as it gets omg (also i found out about big hero 6 like two years ago and i was shook as fuck omg)
I HAVE 64 POEMS AND IM REWRITING THEM IN A JOURNAL AND MY HAND HURTS SO IM TYPING BECAUSE THATS SMART! ALSO SCHOOL STARTS FOR ME ON WEDNESDAY HELP! (I write poetry and it’s always really sad and I don’t know why. my English teacher told me “your experiences influence your writing” and that’s kinda scary with what I write) BUT I STILL HAVE TWO LEFT TO WRITE AND MY TEACHER GAVE ME THE JOURNAL AND IVE HAD IT FOR LESS THAN A YEAR AND ITS ALREADY OVER HALFWAY FULL! WHY DO I WRITE? NO ONE READS IT
I FEEL THIS SO HARD OMG !!! dude i’vebeen writing poems since i was twelve and JUST LAST WEEK i bought a new moleskine specifically for them and i’m gonna rewrite them soon! that’s so amazing tho omg! and same.. my poetry is always super emo and depressing but it’s whatever i guess. better out than in you know. i definitely use it as a coping mechanism: it’s better to get my emotions out in the form of poetry than bottling them up even though no one reads them. so don’t worry! you write for you and no one else first and foremost and that’s what matters 💖💗💘💖
