Winning SideCar Poem! (noun - janitor) (adjective - smelly) (verb - deliver)
The wanting strikes in waves
big blubbering crashing cooing waves
harsh pinks and seventy yellows
through the empty rooms
with my windows open
he commands its retreat
trails of green and unholy foam
merrily delivers the want to its rightful place,
spread even over linoleum
and i am again whole and good
the janitor doesn't come by anymore
the glorious fever and his calloused hands
the wanting clogs
the smelly kitchen sink
