Melissa painted this cute teacart in Cottage Paint’s Crème Brulee, gave it a light distress, then applied Umber Antiquing Glaze, not only to give it an aged and rustic look, but also to create a gorgeous stencil on the top! (all protected with Acrylic Low Lustre Varnish) Did you know that you can create aged looking stencils if you stencil with Antiquing Glaze!?! Crisp, clean stencils can often look too fresh on a distressed piece, so stencilling with Antiquing Glaze is a great solution!
