Disclaimer: I’m not an expert on trauma or relationships, I’m merely engaging with the series and make an observation

Literally inserting myself into the Love in the Air fandom for a second to just say how important of a message Sky’s ‘you belong to yourself’ line is.

Like, he’s so right, we all belong to ourselves, and we should. Sky, at least from what has been shown, doesn’t seem like he feels like he belongs to himself anymore. His trauma is a part of him and as such has alienated himself from himself. He knows how important it is to belong to yourself because if you lose yourself you can damage yourself, deeply.

Right now, Sky wants to feel like he belongs to someone because he feels like he doesn’t belong to himself and is still stuck in the shadows of the past as we see him having frequent nightmares.

It’s also a good message for Pai to remember so that he doesn’t only live for that one person too much. Giving himself too much to the person he loves could also be damaging.

Imo a healthy relationship should be two individuals who come together, appreciate each other, help each other and while they shouldn’t be completely co-dependent, they should fill in each other’s strengths and weaknesses. I want to see his for Pai and Sky.

I dunno, that moment really hit me.

I'm gonna miss them so much!!! This episode was great and definitely helped us get closure. But it doesn't make it any easier that it has ended. I don't want them to go!!!

This scene definitely makes up for them not showing us the teaser trailer scene. Because I was so disappointed we never got that.

Sky had no problems telling this witch off. Shes just jealous. Back off, Sky is not intimated nor afraid of your challenge. Go bother someone else. She got served hard by Sky. I'm so proud of him!! Sticking up for himself, Pai, and their relationship.

Where episode 12 broke me.

When Pai started crying, i lost it. Cried with him. My heart shattered into a million pieces. Our tough, strong, shameless man - just broken. Completely devastated. 😭😭

Seeing Prapai so upset speaks so much about how in love with Sky he actually is.

Also knowing that Sky is pretty much bluffing is heart warming in a weird way.

Pai knows that Sky doesn't actually mean what he is saying. He knows that those arent his true feelings. Pai knows Sky so well, and in such a short amount of time. It will always amaze me.

But they aren't just lovers - they are soulmates. Pai can't and WONT let it or him go. They need each other. They aren't complete without one another.
