Cricket is not being completed at the lower levels. We can't make our future better just by playing cricket at the regional level.

First of all you have to improve the lower level. Appoint a teacher who will teach the children how to play. Every government school should have a cricket instructor who will give complete training in cricket. He will teach how cricket is played. Start your cricket from the ground up.

Pitches:

Speaking of pitches, we are playing cricket on dead pitches here. The quality of pitches is not the same here. Light bowlers are also given good balls here. The reason is that good batting wickets are not available here. And when we go to play matches outside the country, the pitches roll same as for bowler and batsman because of their wickets. Everyone gets support on these pitches. That's why if our bowlers don't do well there, we would be batting there. Not at all

Pitch level:

First of all, improve the level of your pitches here. Set up dropping pitches here. Move the balls to see how the ball swings, how to get extra bounce, and at the same time teach your batsmen how to bat on swing wickets. How much went for front feet and how much went for back feet on that turning wickets. And how many defenses are on bounce. All these things will be learned by playing here for so long then we will perform in foreign countries. After a couple of weeks of practice The player does not understand the weather nor does he understand the pitches. So we have to build our structure like the foreign countries.

Merit:

It often happens to us that we pick a player and keep him in the team for two years. When a player's form becomes very bad then we drop it. And later that player is never selected. Why? First of all, select a player who has been playing first-class cricket for a long time. Who has experience in how to bat and in what conditions and Situations. Player has played so many games, after that he have a good idea of ​​the situation and condition.

Moral:

Don't take your cricket personally and cricket played all over Pakistan. Your cricket should not be limited to only 3 or 4 cities. The whole of Pakistan is sitting and watching your path. You should send your representatives all over Pakistan. Where does the talent come from? Then put your teams there. Let them work hard on these boys. Teach them. Prepare them for a year or two to play in different conditions and in different situations.

Twilight Enlargement

At last, the people have got awake and that’s too in a sudden moment. Once, it was everybody denying the fact and now embarrassingly everyone has to accept it brutally. Pakistan Cricket’s breathe on its last and the twilight is now showing visible. This is time for grief but still it’s not too little too late as improvements could be brought into the system. The twilight could be turned into a breaking dawn of a sunny day but it needs wise thinking and revamping some of the systems.

 The current performance of the team shows the limited talent and the lack of infrastructure in Pakistan’s domestic circuit. As the domestic circuit is not that competitive as it used to be a decade ago so the talent becomes limited. Adding to that, no investments have been made to make the domestic circuit an attractive package for the players and the crowd other than one domestic T20 tournament. The one whose name is established as a hitter in the domestic circuit is the one who is considered for Pakistan team.

 The scenario is such that all the batsman in the current team of Pakistan are playing for their own positions and therefore adds an extra pressure onto them. Due to that they are unable to score and batting struggles. The limited batting talents of Saad Nasim & Wahab Riaz made an attempt for Pakistan to reach a score of 239 which wasn’t competitive at all at Mirpur’s batting track. The bowlers did nothing good to make a fight as well and Bangladesh was able to achieve target within 40 overs.

 Pakistan needs to invest and make domestic more competitive so that the players coming up are naturally talented and had performed against good domestic teams. After that, right sort of selection shall be made as in the ongoing tour Asad Shafiq was ignored over two debutants that is totally unacceptable. More importantly, the twilight could be seen by the PCB as well by losing the series against Bangladesh for the first time in the history. This could be taken towards betterment if right decisions are made related to domestic cricket and team selection but domestic cricket is the most important one here.

 Keeps hope high as a nation but PCB shall think now as it is the deadline, otherwise Pakistan Cricket could be drowned.
