My boss (and good friend) is one of the most amazing inspiring people, seriously I'm so glad I met her In the last few six months: she had a baby and started a (thriving) business, her best friend died, her baby became very sick..luckily got better, she got separated from her husband, and now her father is about to die. Throughout all of these ordeals she maintains the upmost grace, dignity and positivity and it really reflects in our workplace and the strong team culture that she has created. I told her this yesterday. Never knew a boss could change my perspective on life!
