Ingredients: 1 cup almond milk. 1 teaspoon honey. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 tablespoon chamomile tea leaves. 1 tablespoon lavender buds. 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder.
Instructions: In a small saucepan, warm the almond milk over low heat until it's hot but not boiling. Stir in the honey, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and vanilla extract until well combined. Add the chamomile tea leaves and lavender buds to a tea infuser or a muslin bag and place it in the saucepan with the almond milk mixture.
