ZEROSTYLE Pallidor.
[Entry 24 of the roster, the Bloodbird. Alternatively known as Quetzalli. The story of this Esper is shrouded in mystery, though it is thought he had originated from a mortal imbued with enough ambition to inspire particularly belligerent Soil into the shape of a beast. Bearing the form of a winged fencer, Pallidor had been likened to a crimson bird, notably possessing pale wings that granted him his name. The tale of his origin is harrowing - once a splendid fencer, he had taken to consuming mortals’ blood as part of a pact with a malevolent spirit, hoping to attain more power yet. Alas, Pallidor’ plan backfired, the spirit fusing to him and turning him into an Esper with an everlasting lust for blood. The rapiers attached to his arms and head double as drills and probosci, perfect for feeding off the entity’s foes as the spirit attacks in a flurry of stabs. The disembodied wings floating at the creature’s back can move freely, flapping at astounding speed to stir up violent sandstorms. Pallidor’s rows of cyan eyes can supposedly see movement in slow motion, as well as pierce through any fog or dust storm with ease. This Esper was venerated amongst Windarians with offerings of kivani blood, the animals though to be the kin and companion of man sent by the gods and thus the closest in taste. Earning Pallidor’s favor was believed to protect from insect-borne disease and desert storms.]

A Wander-ful Christmas Time
In honor of the holidays, I thought I would share some Smurfy seasons greetings with my fellow artists, in the form of a little holiday piece with the Stayne Siblings (Nick & Annie).
Hope you like it and have a Merry Christmas!
