US $24.99 Used in Consumer Electronics, Gadgets & Other Electronics, PDAs
Most of my followers won’t care about this, but anyone interested in rolling like a mid-2000s tech king needs to check this out. The Palm TX (also known as Palm T|X) was essentially the ultimate Palm OS device. Among the last Palm OS devices to ever be manufactured, it had the best screen, the fastest CPU, most onboard storage (and capable of reading the largest SD cards), and the last revision of the mainstream Palm OS. On top of that this was one of the few Palm PDAs with integrated wifi (though only 802.11b) and Bluetooth 1.1. And this dude has them for sale for $25 shipped in the US, cleaned up and with the cover, charger, USB cable, and stylus. You can even still sync one of these things in 64 bit Windows 7/8/10.
Essentially, it’s the non-cell phone counterpart to the Palm Centro, the last and most powerful Palm OS smartphone. And when it came out you had to pay a full $299 for it. This is a ludicrously good deal for these devices, which are essentially the best way available to play any of the classic 90s and 2000s Palm OS games, like the immortal Kyle’s Quest.
If you’re at all interested in the PDA aesthetic, you should totally buy one of these.
