Records show that the Order, signed by Lake Station Mayor Chris Anderson, was sent to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles by the Lake Station Clerk and “Atty. Mullins” The Plea Agreement in the reckless driving case was never sent to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
