The lady of fate. Destiny can often be a cruel thing, and it's none so exemplified as with Paltasj. A selfish and important personality, she looks to most others with disdain and judges people based on their value to her. She sits atop a mound of wealth and from it, she decides who deserves her luck. It's hard to say why she over Hiko is the god of fate. Maybe it's her greed that won't let her relinquish it to the worthy.
